Oh Churros — Restaurant in Columbus

Drinks over rated. Paid 20 for two drinks that were not top tier. I took a sip and was upset that I didn’t go with my first instinct and go to Rita’s. We got the cream drink and whatever the three layer drink is on the menu (colors of drink: green, red & white). We also tried the filled churros due to them not having the deluxe, so they substituted after I inquired because they told me they were sold out with no resolution. After speaking to each other in Spanish, they finally agreed. They kept rushing us off after we placed an order by continuously repeating they will let us know the order is ready with the beeper. This is how we ended up making multiple orders. We were looking at the menu to make certain we truly tried this place out and gave them a fair chance to find what we genuinely liked, since it was our first time, and trying to find reasons to support by trying various things. I led with the benefit of doubt, but Lee got the same experience with each purchase. They lost us after the second order and caused us to proceed with only settling on what we had, and we ended up splitting it. The sad thing is they have clear screens as if they welcome you to watch them create your food, and this is not the case. When you go, after placing your order, don’t attempt to order anything else, or watch them through the clear class. It doesn’t matter if the store is empty it seems because it was just us in there and it seemed as if they were still rushing us to get out. I love churros and am so excited that they opened their store! It's located in a small plaza with limited parking space within the plaza but there's space next door to park. The store is so bright, has pretty decor, is welcoming, and lively.

I always get some type of churro and I've tried their bites and regular options, with either dulce de leche and condensed milk. I love both sauces and would love to try their other options. Their churros are crispy, chewy, fresh, sweet, and incredible. I don't think I've had a better churro! They're absolutely delicious. I got their Strawberry Thai iced tea to try once and it was good. I would like to try their other drinks and foods!

The staff here are so nice and friendly! They're always so welcoming, warm, and always smiling. They really are patient and so kind. They treat you like family and service is always on top.

Today I visited Oh Churros, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly made churros filled the air. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through their menu and suggesting their best-sellers.

I opted for the classic churros with a side of rich dulce de leche sauce, and I was not disappointed. The churros were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar coating. The dulce de leche sauce was decadent and complemented the churros perfectly.

The ambiance of the place was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a sweet treat. They also had a variety of other dipping sauces and fillings, which I can’t wait to try next time.
