Used to go there all the time to get tires they have them on the rack you can usually get the tire you need on the rim and they will change it for ten bucks which is not bad at all if you take your old Tire with you with you last time I was there the usual guy was not working the counter when I went out to pay he charged me 2250 when it was only supposed to be ten bucks when I told him that Andrew in the tire shop said to tell him it was $10 cuz I'm taking my tire with me said no one told him did not care when I went to the management office to pay with my Visa card I told them they said they had nothing to do with the front they did not care I had to pay the 2250 and take the tire with me I will not go back again you would think that they would try to take care of their customers better they just don't care business must be really good for for them to treat people like that and I've been told I'm not the only person that's happened to have a...

When a business isn't FAIR we need to sound off. Get any quotes from these people in writing, email, text something because they don't hold true to what they say.

I was given a quote yesterday for a family members pickup truck that the engine compartment had caught fire. I had explained it to the representative at this business before getting the quote and offered to send pictures. I had to get the family member to find time of work to be with the truck for pickup.

Family member called this company to set up time for vehicle to be picked up. They told family member they didn't know it was a burn vehicle and would only pay weight price.

The problem is he didn't make a FAIR quote over the phone. He changed his quote when switched to family member.

Hey I have been to Edison on repeated occasions and every time I go there I get the help I need and most time find what looking for. Yea its a junkyard so if afraid of dirt and grease put your panties on and go somewhere else and that's coming from a woman. Now I don't know why some people have a problem with Fatman. Fatman is about the only one besides Karl the tire guy that keeps me coming back. These two guys are so helpful when I am looking for parts....plus if they don't have it they try to help me find it somewhere else. Plus on the weekends when Fatman and Roger work together they make you smile and laugh and feel at home. Now I can understand why some people think Fatman may be a rude person, but honestly for some of the people he deals with when I am there I am surprised that he has not hurt or snapped off on people.
