Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

Probably one the worst tacos bells I have ever been to when it comes to customer service, performance, and professionalism.

Walking in about 3 or 4 employees are out front on the clock messing around yelling profanities at one another and what seems to smell much like weed coming from the male employee working around 1:30 pm. You could clearly smell it from him specifically from about 6 ft. Away. Not clean shaven or even well kept facial hair, no beard net, hickey on his left side of his neck. All (even the manger) of them, expect the two actually working at the time did not have there shirts tucked in showing skin/ underwear.

As I walked in only 2 employees are actually working needing help. The manager did come out to say something about them getting back inside. As they walked in it was more profanity, I was walked past while at the counter, not even greeted nothing.

Finally after several minutes I get to order, this is the reason why this location gets a 2 star instead of a 1 because the food was as expected and didn’t taste bad or was messed up in anyway.

While eating one woman was taking a drive through order, extremely rude to the customer on the other end could not take the order correctly and kept asking “ ok, is that all” after every item the customer ordered. Using even more profanity’s in front of guest and while the manager is doing a hire on!

Suggestions would be instead of saying “is that all?” Say “ok, what else can I get you today?” Make sure the lobby is stocked and clean, reframe from using profanity’s while at work in front of or towards guests. Come dressed to work instead of dressing like your going to lounge around your house.

Pulled in the drive thru, sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by employees. Pulled up to the window and proceeded to knock on the window, honk, and call the store to no avail. All attempts to place our order were thwarted. We finally pushed on the window and it opened, at which point we yelled and an employee finally emerged from where ever... We proceeded to place our order to an employee whom neglected to ring our order up, we were handed a bag several minutes later, half of the requested items weren't present in the bag, and half of the items that were present in weren't as ordered. I had to slowly repeat my order 5 times to 2 different employees. 2 Doritos locos tacos, total of 5 soft tacos surpreme, 2 orders of nachos and cheese, medium mountain dew, medium Baja blast, Large strawberry Skittles freeze, 2 orders of cinnamon twists..... Received empanadas instead of cinnamon twists, only received 2 of the soft taco and they weren't supreme.. received 3 of the Doritos tacos, only received one order of the nachos, and the cheese cup was less than half full.. I've never found myself in the presence of such incompetent fast food workers. They blatantly neglected to do the basic duties attributed to their jobs... Not to mention that the total of the order changed 4 different times somehow, and ended up being nearly $25... I'm typically a very patient and understanding patron.. but there was no excuse for the number of issues that I experienced at...

I would not recommend ANYONE buy food from this location. I've had so many problems with them in the past so I stopped eating there for awhile and then I noticed they got a bunch of new employees so I figured I would give them a try again since they are so close to my home. BAD IDEA! I stopped in there right before 11am and I was the only customer in line. I ordered 5 items and all 5 items were so messed up. They gave me a chicken quesadilla in a burrito shell that was supposed to be a mini shredded chicken quesadilla. And I ordered a normal chicken quesadilla and the chicken from both tasted like it was from yesterday AT LEAST! I also got a cheesy potato bowl with 5 potatoes in it and the rest was cheese and sour cream which was ALL OVER the outside and the bag. This was a terrible experience and I will definitely not be giving them anymore of my money. Especially since when you try to call they NEVER answer the phone and Taco Bell WILL NEVER make things right no matter how much money you spend with them. Just save yourself a huge hassle and go to another location because this one needs to be run out of business because every visit is always worst than the last, even though I dont understand how that's...
