Fabulous Forever — Local services in Columbus

I love this store and the idea of having a secondhand store similar to Plato’s closet but more upscale and geared towards women who aren’t teens. I do like that I only saw 1-2 articles of clothing from SHEIN. In my opinion I will not pay for secondhand SHEIN items anyway because the original purchaser would have probably got for less than $20 and they usually don’t hold up over time.

I like the selection of shoes for women’s sizing 8 1/2- 9. I wear a L, XL in most items. I was so disappointed with the fact that they do not have dressing rooms and that the return policy is only for store credit. If you aren’t going to have a place for people to try items on, at least have a more lax return policy not just store credit.

I found myself putting several items back because I wasn’t able to try them on. Same thing with my sister who was also with me.

I feel customer service could be better as well. No warm welcomes, no friendly chat when you’re checking out etc. I’ve had this same experience the handful of times...

Today I went into the store with about 20 tank tops, a couple of shirts, and many pairs of shorts and they took none of it they were very picky and most of it was new or fairly new. Most of the clothes were popular brands such as rue 21, forever 21, Nike, American eagle, and much more. Yet again they took none of it and this isn't the first time they didn't buy anything. I took a brand new Harley Davidson shirt a couple of months ago and I was thinking maybe $20 but they didn't take it at all. Not worth my time anymore when they are highly priced when I can go to Lincoln or Omaha and take my stuff to Plato's...

Nicole and Amy are two of the hardest working women I know! When bringing items in, I know they will only take certain brands (ones that will sell) and that is just fine to me! They have always been kind and courteous and even folded all the clothes I brought to them in a wrangled mess!
