Subway — Restaurant in Whitehall

This review made me feel conflicted. Customer service was most defiantly attempted! so shout out for that!!! however…… I want to start by saying im looking at this situation as a previous manager of multiple subways.. with that being said, this location needs to focus on better training efforts. for starters, anyone who knows subway training, knows you DO NOT toast the wraps. it makes them chewy and the parts not chewy ends up crunchy and inedible!! well my wrap apparently “needed” to be toasted.. gross, i didn’t eat it due to previous stated reasons.. then the other sandwich of my order was made so much earlier than the others that i had to take it and reheat it at home. next, the veggies were down to the very bottom of the pans.. also something that shouldn’t happen. a young man tried to take his break with seven people in line no one was smiling or greeting customers the store overall looks like it’s lacking SERIOUS management. i don’t blame the employees for that, but they have to WANT it to get better for it to be able to get better.

I was in Walmart today and decided to stop by for a sub as soon as I walked up to the counter no greeting or eye contact she had the most nastiest attitude when I asked her to wash her hands before making my food. I asked her what comes on a cold cut combo and she just pointed at the meat. I have ordered twice from this location and both times I've been very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and food. I've requested my subs be toasted due to my pregnancy and neither time have they been toasted. I called and asked to speak to member of management and the lady claiming she is management proceeds to tell me it's my fault or my driver's fault the subs are cold because they did get toasted she said.
