Update: I picked up my furniture after I scheduled an appointment. When I got it home it was so beautiful...Until I begin to put the bed together, the piece that connects the headboard and rails was broke, the dresser has a huge crack. When I attempted to call the store, I was told to take pictures and send a text to a number t. I did as I was told. I called to see how long the process would take and what happens from here. Allyson ( the manager) told me my bed piece would be sent by mail and she would check on the dresser and call me back. Well that was 4 days ago and I have not heard from her or any other employee of that store. Being a covid nurse, I've been to tired to check back. Its pathetic that after weeks of waiting (which I understand the wait and was told this upfront) but to have broken furniture and my child still not having a bed is disheartening. I work to hard for my money to receive this type of quality from Ashely furniture sold by furniture queen. I'm going to update these reviews and be honest until this is resolved. I had a coworker who bought furniture and had it delivered and said her furniture was broken also. So please be mindful when shopping here. They may not return my calls but I'll post review after review until you provide efficient customer service or quality products
Orginal post: if your looking for furniture in Columbus, GA just go to E &S furniture on Veterans Pkwy. I was not told about I have to schedule to pick up MY furniture that I paid for. When speaking with manager she had the nastiest attitude. I've been waiting almost 8 weeks for this furniture. Now I have to schedule and pick up my stuff on a cold rainy day. What happened to days when these places would be honest instead of telling you what you want to hear to make a sale. E& S IS MY ORGINAL FURNITURE STORE THOUGHT I WOULD TRY NEW BUSINESS IN TOWN BUT NEVER AGAIN. STICK WITH WHAT YOU KNOW...

BUT THAT IS WHERE IT ENDS. As soon as they have your money thatās it. My mom and aunt have been going back and forth with these people for over a month. First off, I was with them when they picked furniture out And at no point was there a mention of a delivery fee (we specifically asked about delivery and set up because we didnāt have any help moving) but when it wasnāt delivered and my mom called about it they told her it was $100 CASH AND AS SOON AS SHE PAID THAT THEY WOULD COME OUT! Ummm nope... so I went up there, they had customers In There and they didnāt want me making a scene so they fixed the issue and apologized. They made the delivery but they delivered a king size bed with a queen size mattress š¤ they took it back and 2 weeks later havenāt heard anything from them so my mom had to call them... oh itās here ok... couple days later they delivered it.... but itās not the bed they ordered and itās not whole itās missing the slats. I was there I know what bed they ordered! Talking to the owner she tells them that the girl that put the order in messed up on the order number and she apologized and said.. well she isnt here any longer..but we will get it fixed and the correct bed will be ordered. Two weeks later... no word from them, so she called them back. Now they are saying itās my mom and aunts fault cuz they keep changing the order and they want another $100 šššš¤¦āāļøš¤¦āāļø Are you serious! They have a half put together bed that they didnāt order and still no answers! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, energy or money here!! We just moved and papers are everywhere but when I get that receipt, I will be up there....

I have never in my whole entire life had to deal with unprofessional people at this level. My husband and I only had our bed a day when we opened the 1st box it was broken. Our bed was still in plastic, and sytyrefoam crumbled like a cracker. The lady said they don't do exchanges and they don't do refunds. The merchandise is default and broken, and you say there is nothing you can do about it. Then you have the never to have an attitude about me coming in your store to see what i can do. If it wasn't for the customers, you wouldn't have a job. To blatantly disregard my husband and i like we are trash. I wish i never would have stepped foot in your establishment. But i know what I'm going to do. I'm reporting you to the BBB. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. NEVER GO HERE AND SPEND ONE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. TRUST ME YOU WILL REALLY THANK ME...
