Terrible customer service and not sanitary!

When checking out, the store had 5 different registers. Only one is open, no self check out. Guy checking me out did not say a single word to me. Then put my chicken in a bag with other meats. I asked him to put the chicken in its own bag due to health concerns which he rolled his eyes at, threw the chicken in its own bag, and threw the bag at me. I was at this store on 3/28 at 3:30 est. The person running the check out needs to be fired immediately. I will be reporting this to my local government agency.

Outside that, this store is a total dump. Stuff everywhere, no organization. Terrible. I try my best to support small business, but when numerous other grocery stores have opened in this area, this place is not comparable. Same prices as others, but less clean with terrible people running the store. It’s a shame....

Went here after I forgot to get a quarter for Aldi’s cart 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ve never been to a Piggly Wiggly before but I’ve heard good things about there banana pudding so I figured why not? Pros: lots of small business/ local foods. I actually found Sea Salt Butter from Minerva, OH close to where I used to live. I got some sausage made local in GA as well. The meat was an extremely good deal (5 packs for 19.99) and it seems high quality. Cons: snack food was a bit more expensive probably to make up for the good deals on staple items. There were a few things on sale though. I’d be more inclined to come here over Winn-Dixie or Publix - just for the meat prices as well as their selection of food made by...

Mr Bittin is a poor example of being a Manager. A Manager should know how to treat his employees as well as the customers. Mr Bittin should not be in a leadership position. He has no morals. He had the nerves to lie that he had something in his mouth when I asked who he was talking to like that. The employee shook his head and laughed. Poor Leadership on Mr Bittin's part. I never had a problem with any other employee because everyone seems like family and I been going there for many years.
