Paris Nails & Spa — Local services in Columbus

As someone new to the area, I’ve explored various salons in search of a good pedicure over the past four months. Unfortunately, many left me with hard corners, excess skin, or even ingrown toenails. That’s why discovering this salon online was a pleasant surprise, especially since it’s open on Sundays—a perfect fit for my busy work week. I decided to visit after reading the glowing reviews and opted for a dip manicure by Mimi, which did not disappoint. Mimi is incredibly caring and professional, and she did an amazing job. Her husband Ken delivered the best pedicure of my life. If you need a "corrective" pedicure to fix a previous botched job or simply desire an outstanding pedicure, Ken is your guy. I can't recommend him enough. Mimi’s mother also works there, and I observed her giving another customer a pedicure followed by an incredible massage. The customer seemed very pleased as well. While I’m not very familiar with Columbus, I found the shop easily with my GPS. It's conveniently located next to Piggly Wiggly, and the parking lot is clean and safe. EDIT 3/30: On 3/22 I came back to this spa, bc of my experience the first time around. However, I’m not sure I’d return again. I keep a close look at everything I spend, which includes how much I tip and on top of that, I keep every receipt. I just so happen to look at my card the other day and noticed a larger charge was taken out than I had wrote on the receipt. It was very apparent how much extra she should have taken out, I don’t think it’s hard to mistaken $92 for $102. I’d like to think this was a mistake but I 100% believe she took out more and didn’t think I would say anything, or pay any attention. Although it was an extra $10.00, this place has lost my business bc of it. That’s very shady. I will say, the young man who works there did call to rectify the situation and give me back the money BUT the actual lady who did it - nothing.

I went to this lovely spa today and it is the best in the Columbus area! We just moved here, in September, and I’ve had some trouble finding great quality places to go. It’s very clean! This was probably one of the best pedicures I've had in a while. Everyone is so friendly. Mimi is the absolute best! The environment is so relaxing and it's very clean. Very comfortable chairs and you can tell they take sanitation seriously. I made an appointment for me and my mom and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

UPDATE: Do not let anyone but Mimi or Linda do your manicure or pedicure. Made an appointment last week for Mimi. When I arrived, she wasn't there. I really needed a pedicure so the guy up front took me to the back and a teenage boy sat down to do my pedicure. What a disaster! I know everyone has to learn at some point but for the money I paid, it should have been done professionally. The polish came off in less than seven days. I had to go get them repolished and the guy up front wanted me to pay. Absolutely not! You let a minor do my pedicure and you want me to pay for his incompetence....
