Went in to change over phones from sprint to T-Mobile. Son and father disagreed on if they could do it or not. So I left and went to a store in Katy Mills that did it for me, one they said couldn’t do it. The Katy store didn’t have the phone I wanted to upgrade in stock and told me any T-Mobile will be able to get me the same offer of trading in my current phone for $800. So Columbus store had one in stock so went there and they told me there’s no way they’d give an XR $800 after telling them what the T-Mobile guy told me. If you see below T-Mobile IS offering $800 trad-ins for XR’s. Son is very rude and they aren’t very professional in trying to wait on you. Called about ps5 hmdi point was messed up. He said he could fix it no problem. Waited a week to get it back which wasn’t a problem. But Not even 2 minutes after starting it up it’d over heat and turn off anytime a ps5 game was being playing. Mind you it never had that problem before. Then the hdmi port started messing up again after supposedly it was fixed. Messaged him and he said to bring it back. We brought it back so it could fix whatever he broke to get it back and it’s just all the way broke now. Way worse than it was when we first brought it to him.
