HD Appliance (Appliance Network, LLC) in Columbus/Franklin, Indiana area are SCAMMERS and the poor reviews on-line are correct. I have never written a review, but this company warrants one. I required only a diagnosis on an appliance that was known to be faulty and have a certain issue (per the appliance company itself), so only needed a diagnosis. HD Appliance/Appliance Network, LLC initially charged me more than they normally would for a service call/diagnosis ($200.00) because I was honest with them up front that I just needed a diagnosis and would not be repairing the appliance (it is under a recall). The technician came to our home, was there for 5 minutes, and my son (in person), my mother and myself (via speaker phone) all heard the technician indicate it was "a seal system issue and he would write it [the invoice] up". After they cashed my check for $200, I finally received an invoice (2 days later and only after calling several times) and it said nothing about what we were initially told in person/over the phone and what we knew the problem to be. The company gave an estimate of an additional "$350.00 plus tax" to fix ONE of the issues. I emailed and called back multiple times for clarification, and they would not answer the phone and did not return emails. When I did finally reach someone several days later on the phone (much to his dismay), he agreed it was a "seal system issue", but said it was a "different type" and would not clarify/document "seal system issue" on the invoice, as he had originally indicated while in our home. He acknowledged that they charged me more money for the service call because I simply needed a diagnosis, and replied only that, "now you only owe the "$350.00 to get it fixed." Read moreWe purchased a Bosch dishwasher from High Def Appliances in Columbus and are very happy with our purchase and the service of this company. Our dishwasher had to be ordered but it came in quickly and was installed within a couple of days. Great service! And we were instructed how to use it and will certainly feel comfortable calling with any questions. In fact, we are so pleased with H-D Appliance that we intend to make another purchase shortly of a freezer. We are comfortable with the knowledge provided both in the store and with the installation. We highly recommend these folks, especially if you want to deal with somebody locally who will install and service it for you. Big-box stores are not our favorite places to do business! Much prefer a competitive price and good service from somebody local and these folks meet that standard....

Up to you, but I'd look elsewhere. Adding: I called the tech on numerous occasions without a returned call. Not sure what my buying a new fridge has to do with this. I still own the one you failed to fix! Going without a refrigerator isn't practical. I called you Monday. It's Thursday and you haven't returned my call.
