Tasty Express(Feng’s Express) — Restaurant in Columbus

I don't know if the teenage girl on her phone this evening is Mindy or not but that is the name of the server on the receipt. I don't like being lied to. And I don't like it when my mother is lied to. I was with a friend tonight and my mother as well as my sister and brother. Said friend had recommended the place. My mother ordered the chicken with veggies and specifically asked the teenage girl at the counter taking the order if it had mushrooms. The girl said that it did. Her food later came and had no mushrooms. I then ordered and asked if they had orange chicken, the menu was huge and I didn't want to look through it to find so I asked. The teenage girl said they did and so I ordered it. What I got was honey chicken, basically sweet n sour chicken in honey sauce. It was rang up on the receipt as honey chicken as well. I am making it a point to not recommend this place or spend any money at it. If asked about it I'm not going to say nice things. I'm personally insulted to have been lied to straight to my face. I just moved to Indiana from Florida. I don't know very much about the Chinese food places here but I know in Florida they are respectful and don't disrespect you by lieing...

While at the hospital after my significant other had delivered a baby, I attempted to order Chinese delivery from this place. I was informed that this place would not deliver to the hospital, even though it is well within range for delivery. I understand that there is an epidemic going on right now, but that should be all the more reason for ANY delivery service to deliver food to the hospital. My complaint is less about my own order and more about the fact that these people seem to not be concerned with supporting our healthcare workers in the middle of this crisis. P.s.(Written after owner reply). My order could have been more than 15 dollars, it definitely would have been had that stipulation been communicated. The ONLY thing said about my order is that they do not deliver to the hospital, absolutely nothing was said about the price. Also, I highly doubt that my order was less than 15 dollars as I can put away some food and my significant other had just gone almost 12 hours without eating and I was feeding us both. Not to mention the fact that you waited a month to reply, I find it very hard to believe you remember what...

I wish I could leave zero or negative stars because after waiting over an hour and a half they refused to deliver my food because he couldn't find my address when I even sent him a live location very poor customer service would not recommend if you do get delivery don't pay before you get your food you may not get anything at all except for loss of your money and an empty stomach very very poor customer service and did nothing to make it right except tell me to come and pick it up myself so I'm going to pay full price for cold food not a great...
