Maple Party Shop — Local services in Columbus

I've been going to the Maple off and on since 2009. I would have always said its a convenient spot if you forgot something as you are heading home to Harris County but not much else. I would have given it 2 stars because it just really never had anything special. However, I stopped in about 3 months ago and noticed the bourbon wall had some "Unicorns" on it. I just left here. I found this shop because they showed up on several bourbon hunting videos and had to try them. As soon as I walked in I noticed they have a great selection of bourbon and suggestions. I then met Matthew, the owner, what a great guy! He took his time showing me around and explaining the options and store picks. I could have spent all day here just talking bourbon with him. There are many liquor stores in Georgia and the Maple Party Shop has always been my go-to and home store. Whether it's their "hard to find and allocated" section with some of the best bourbons or their extensive wine and spirits areas, you will find just about everything. The staff is by far the most amazing asset to this store. Extremely personable and warm and friendly. By the way the prices are amazing and they make sure they don't break your bank account.
