Dear local management/ownership... learn supply chain management or don't manage this location. I've been biting my tongue, but this morning was the 7th time in ONE MONTH a menu item was sold out (and the 4th time it was a blueberry muffin) BEFORE 7:30 AM!!! I asked the nice woman (who was very pleasant and kind) working the drive thru if they ever planned on stocking their menu items beyond 2 hours after opening and the response was, "this isn't in our control or our fault and is solely determined by corporate in what they send us."
I don't agree with that statement since every local owner/manager in ANY franchise location helps (or SHOULD help) determine the necessary quantity of items for inventory and it's pretty clear what items sell out quickly (or it should be).
I'm happy to direct this review to "corporate". If "corporate" is the sole determiner of this, then I have zero patience with an $85.07 billion dollar (as of this morning) company. Try caring a bit more about your patrons and consider stocking items correctly instead of just focusing on raising your prices so your unethical CEO can raise his $2.8 billion dollar net worth.
You clearly have lost your way. For a new location, there are ZERO (good) reasons for having such a terrible Google review score, but in reading all of the other poor reviews, they are justified as well. Opening up a new Starbucks location and adding to the 38,000 existing locations worldwide should be like clockwork at this point. This is 100% a management/ownership problem so DO NOT BLAME YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!
Also, please don't send me an impersonal and mindless "copy and paste" reply to this post where you tell me to "email someone with more details" because of "how much you care" and that "this isn't indicative of your standards." Please just take some ownership, care a bit more about your customers, and FIX THE PROBLEM. I'm sick of your items being sold out almost instantly because of your POOR PLANNING. Also... THIS location gets VERY LITTLE TRAFFIC before 7:30 am compared to other locations. If THEY can figure it out,...

First we walk in itās two workers laughing it up walking back and fourth doing nothing and completely ignoring us we stood there for like 5 minutes š there was only one other family in there and they had their stuff, she finally takes our order and it takes over 10 minutes?? Anyways i got my matcha and down it and my throat is instantly on fire. My throat is closing and im freaking out, i look at my drink and none of the powder is mixed at all?!? It was POOLED at the bottom like she added so many scoops and I even shook it when I got it, the powder scratched all down my throat and im still in pain next day. I saw other reviews of the drinks being inconsistent and made terribly and YEAH. They are!! Retrain ur staff or something š¤¦š»āāļø

Aaron took my order and didnāt bother to say they were closed but instead rushed my order and gave me the most bitter Green Matcha latte!! It tasted like grass no milk or anything. He obviously just dumped a big amount of matcha in there. I went back in 2 mins after tasting it and tried to talk to them about it but they kept saying they were closed and that they couldnāt do anything about it. They didnāt even try to ask what was wrong or anything. They didnāt want to open the door or just to talk. The service and matcha was 0 out of 10!! He even said their oven was broken and that they couldnāt heat up my croissant š¤¦š»āāļøš¤¦š»āāļø There were 4 other workers in there and none of them could tell me who the manager was....
