This review is long overdue! My experience started in November of 2021 when I ordered A-America Highlands chest of drawers and night stand. Erik handled the order and was upfront about the backorder and I wouldn't be receiving the furniture until late February 2022. It all didn't arrive until the first week of May, assuming due to the supply chain issues with everything. The furniture quality wasn't at all on par for the price of each piece. The drawer faces had cracks through the wood, dovetails split, no pre-drilling done, so screw were split through drawer box sides etc. I contacted Erik through email with pictures and a thorough description of the situation. With no hesitation he agreed the furniture was subpar and we agreed upon on an exchange of Country Value Amish classic collection, to replace the A-America pieces at no additional charge and free delivery.

I received the two pieces yesterday 9-10-2022 and let me tell you the heirloom quality is there for the price! Granted each piece is a few hundred more than A-America stuff, but there's a clear difference between factory mass production Taiwan furniture and something handcrafted in Amish country Pennsylvania!

Anyhow, the defective furniture I initially received was on the manufacturer. The customer service is impeccable from Saundra's Furniture and Design! Very good policy, which is almost non-existent anymore with competitors.

I highly recommend Erik in sales and I will continue my business for future furniture investments...

Bought a good mattress here at a great price. Sales rep Jason listened carefully to what features I wanted, steered me to the mattresses that best fit, then let me test them all. He explained exactly how the brand I preferred is constructed, giving me the confidence to make an immediate selection. I had difficulty rounding up a friend to move the mattress after purchase, so Saundra's stored it for me for two weeks. Given that we all are farmers in a very short growing season, I was pleased that the store was so very accommodating to our schedule. I definitely will purchase my next mattress here. My friend who moved the mattress was very impressed with the quality of furniture for sale and the attractive layout. I'm guessing he's a future...

Big selection, really nice store, nice people...but extremely overpriced. Literally 1-2 times more expensive than it should be.

After seeing your reply I thought you might want to know...the EXACT same furniture, brands, models, and options are available online at up to half the price, often with free delivery. I just bought the exact table and chair set that your wonderful folks showed me. You were asking approximately $2400.00 for your set. I bought mine for $1600.00. I wish you...
