El Camello Western Wear — Local services in Commerce City

Very unprofessional went to this store after calling if they have a specific boot in my size over the phone they said yes and I go pick it up ends up that they don’t have have it. I had to order it they give me a date of arrival I go on that date still not in (no courtesy, call or anything) have to go back again this time he tell me he will personally pick them up and will be at the store by 9:00 am he doesn't get there 10:30 with the boots still not there had to wait a hour for someone els to bring them

I feel really bad right now cause I forgot the guy's name that help me today he was very professional and help when it came to helping me find boot and size to fit nice and comfortable I recommend going here if you are in the market for good Western wear and awesome professional...

We made an hour trip just to get here for them to be closed on their website it said from 10am to 8pm we came in at 4pm and the doors were closed we tried calling but no one answered we are very upset that we drove an hour just for this to happen . Never coming...
