ok so i don't eat pork (muslim things...) so when the nice guy at the counter explained that almost everything has pork in it, i was kinda sad.
after checking, he said the potato burrito was "safe" so i got that and nachos. ok but how is that potato burrito one of the best burritos i ever had??? it's the kind of spicy that gets you to eat faster with no regrets, it's soft, and it has cheese in it without it being too crazy cheesy.
amazing! also, very nice people- answered all my questions and checked ingredients, etc.
PS- if y'all ever start making halal tamales, you're gonna get mobbed!

Best Mexican food I’ve had in Colorado! I took my family that was visiting from Mexico and they all were impressed of how it tasted just like if they were in Mexico considering Colorado is so far away. They make everything fresh, and in a timely manner. I’d recommend calling ahead of time before you get there so they have time to make your food and avoid the lines so when you get there you just pay and pick it up. Running around in Commerce City today I decided to surprise the wife with tamales for dinner. After 3 stores, none had any. Look on maps, see Tamales by Sara - they should have some! Walked in and was met by young Sara. VERY HELPFUL. She could tell I had not been in before and I was not from the neighborhood. Sara told me about all their options, set me up to go, and even had her helper bring me some hot green chile to try. "Yes, give me a quart of that." The best tamales I've had in a long time.
