Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Commerce

Sold us a plan that left us without service in another county for a week. Even had family come to the store and they said “well it should be working” and did nothing to help. Calling customer service revealed they sold us the complete wrong plan and that they don’t even have one that would have made our phones work. Obviously we asked them to stop charging us for this useless plan and they have continued to charge us, never refunded us for anything, and when we tried calling today to get it sorted they said they couldn’t access our account over the phone… although we bought the plan over the phone originally. Store is apparently being ran without a manager....

It was very good, I'm still not getting him but one Bar one my phone here in Pecan Gap, Texas 75469, there is a AT&T Tower not a 1/2 Mile away from my house. Was so pleasantly surprised at the customer service they have now. Friendly, knowledgeable, the two gentlemen helped with picking out the right phone for my husband's needs, answered all questions. And worked diligently to get everything transferred to his new phone. All done in such a pleasant manner. SO MUCH DIFFERENT then the last few times we have been there.
