Tokyo Express in Commerce — Restaurant in Commerce

I am writing this review in response to JW he rated Tokyo 1 star and gave a terrible review. I was actually sitting directly in front of JW throughout his entire experience on Friday, May 17 2019. First of all everything he stated in his terrible review was a COMPLETE LIE, he was dining alone, there was no "we" secondly, either JW is delusional or simply trying to put Tokyo down. This man came into the restaurant seated himself and was treated very nicely. The server/manager that he is referring to came to his table and told him his sushi was on the way and if he wanted to order more or just wait and he responded incredibly rude. He then proceeded to storm to the front and ask for a manager, when he found out it was his server he made a childlike tantrum scene then left. I am a witness that he NEVER had any food brought to him because he left before it was ready. My point is I can not stand to see a small business that has good service and great food be put down by a liar! JW I'm sure Tokyo Express will very much appreciate you never coming back! Heavy set white waitress was very very rude, she walked away while I was telling her my order. Then came back and I was adding a lot of ingredients and taking off a lot. She did not write anything down or use tablet, I asked do you need to and she said nope I'm fine go on rudely and I had told her I wanted cooked salmon on it she brought it out missing a couple sauces I added, with raw salmon. I asked her for cooked salmon she said there's nothing I can do that is cooked she began to argue with me I smiled and said could you please take it off and recook it longer she puffed up and let out a big sigh taking plate talking away angry I said thank you she ignored me 10 mins later she brought it back out burnt on top of stack and all the rest raw. Will never come back because of service I felt like i was being attacked...

Management is super! The servers are generally pretty attentive, helpful, and timely. The floors and tables are usually very clean, although sometimes tables sit with the occasional glass from the last customer. This is fixed quickly in my experience. There is a drive through, and it's made very easy and about as efficient as it can be usually. I've only had one bad experience in the drive through, and I eat here often. Bathrooms are kept fairly clean, I have no real complaints, except I wish they could get their liquor license so the can serve sake. Eat here if you want decent sushi or sashimi.
