Harbor Freight — Local services in Commerce

This location (Triggs st. In Commerce) has got to be The most difficult to find. Pro-tip; if when making your final turn onto Triggs, and it feels instead like you're getting on the freeway? -You're going the Right way. Now as much as I hate shopping stores that sell almost exclusively chinese products, for some things, Harbor Freight is hard to beat. Bought my 1st set of impact sockets there Decades ago and I haven't busted one yet. These days, they have Really stepped-up their game and are offering some stout-looking sockets & 36" pry bars. Always the best prices for latex gloves, zip ties, very large tarps, & even chain hoists. Bought a 20ton hydraulic press... that came without its' arbor plates. Employees at the La Mirada location were Great about it and let me come in for plates out of another press they had in back. And to do things like press out & in different sized bearings, races, etc? -Ya, that set of 3/4"dr deep impact metric sockets are going to make sure I have just the right size to get it done like a Boss. Now I gotta say it. If you shop Harbor Freight's budget-friendly chinese merch, fine. I get it. But at every other opportunity patriots, try to keep...

Only left 1 star because it doesn't let you leave less. Horrible service from the moment I went in. No one checks to see anyone needs help which usually for me I don't mind considering I know what I am going for but when you have workers that aren't doing anything and still upset when someone asks for help is ridiculous. Customer service is your job no ifs, ands, or buts.

I went in and somebody (didn't catch his name) was being very rude so I asked to speak with his manager and he goes on to tell me it's not possible. Excuse me but it a customer asks for a manager you get a manager. After he finally says he will go get the manager he leaves mad. He still had the audacity to be mad at me because he wasn't doing his job right.

Then the manager finally arrives but he isn't the type to care just listen so I could leave. I work in customer service and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I recommend if you need a Harbor freight just go to the one in HP. The people care and will actually help in...

ever walked in to a store and u planned on buying just 1 thing.. but walked out with a basket full of random things or u got ur family waiting for u in the car while u just grabbed what u went in for.... 1hr later.. if u have a gf n when u guys goes out shopping to her stores (bcuz she needs make up all of a sudden) then guys! this is the perfect payback.. why? ill tell u why.. just like u guys both walked around every isle n looked at every product in her boring store well (buhahaha) i can literally walk thru every isle and find something i might need or find something i might want or maybe buy something because the deal was just so good u had to buy it. from the moment u walk into harbor freight till the little items at the check stands im having a problem saying no bcuz its so cheap and its so useful.. i love this store. i love tools.. i might just be an addict for low cost...
