Very Very Disappointing in 2 experience at this hotel upon check-in the man gave me the wrong room I went downstairs explained to the man that I was a Choice reward member and that is not the room that I booked from their Choice app he informed me that there was nothing he can do the lady came out from the back office and stated that she would fix it she handed me the key card which was white and said 302 Went upstairs the key card did not work on the door went back downstairs informed the front desk she said she would fix it she sent the housekeeper upstairs to open the door housekeeper stated she would get me a new card when walking into the room alarm was beeping there was only two towels the remote control to the TV was not working when I turned on the side of the TV the TV was switching through apps closing out apps opening new apps muting tv switching I got a chair and looked up at the smoke alarm that kept beeping when first walking in I noticed that there was no battery in it and there was a red wire going into the wall into the detector . I looter on that night got inform by my bank that I had suspicious activity 9 purchases were trying to be made using my card for 130$ proceeded to call Choice rewards customer relations to make a formal complaint of the dealings of my stay the lady who connected with me was absolutely rude and unhelpful .. I called again earlier in the morning to extend my stay in same room I talked to a male representative he informed me that he would contact the hotel to let them knw I was extending my stay house keeping was outside my door and asked if I wanted the room clean we said yes and I firmed her that we extended our stay she said ok.. when coming back to hotel key card did not work again the lady stated that she was not informed of my request to extend stay and she looked I. Computer and stated only thing that is coming up is a room with 1 bed and then told her no I talked to reservation and they said they would call u she then to proceeded to accuse me of smoking In Room and and not paying .. she yelled at house keeping to get all my belongs take them dwn to laundry house keeper inform us of what she said house keeper appeared scared to even tell us anything she said she didn’t want to get yelled at more and maybe even lose her job I felt bad for the house keeper.. this hotel is literally the worse and would never go back again they dnt respect privacy and...

Upon arrival, I was told that my assigned room (312) was unavailable due to a broken bathroom light, so I was moved to room 310. That room had no peephole—just a hole in the door stuffed with a paper towel—and the fire alarm was beeping due to a low battery. I was then moved to room 308, which had garbage everywhere and clearly had not been cleaned. Finally, I was placed in room 208, which seemed acceptable except for a loud, broken AC unit.

The worst part happened the next day: after being out for the day, we returned to find all of our belongings gone. When we asked the front desk, we were told we had “checked out”—even though our reservation was booked through Wednesday. It turns out the staff had moved us between rooms without updating the system. Our items were removed from the room with no notice, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive when we tried to resolve the issue. We received no apology, no compensation, and no accountability.

This entire experience—from unsafe and unclean rooms to having our belongings taken due to staff error—was unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund and a formal apology for the inconvenience, poor treatment, and lack of basic...

Will do if you just need a place to stay for one night. But it might not be the most restful night if you are a light sleeper.

Rooms: surface clean, bed ok, weird set up in our room, there were 2 microwaves (didn't have to use any so not sure if they worked), there was a plank screwed onto the desk, didn't use the TV either, but you have to put a $20 cash deposit for the remote control which they don't tell you it's for. They do give it back when you check out, but we didn't watch TV at all. The the Freeway right there, it is very very noisy. Had to request towels for the shower, TBH I was a little worried they were going to charge extra for it.

Service: nothing bad but nothing great either. Just fine, though you have to ring the service bell.

Location, I guess being next to the Citadel outlet is handy if you plan to shop, but if you plan to stay more than one night I would highly suggest a different hotel. Especially if you are travelling with kids, doesn't feel like the safest...
