Shoeteria — Local services in Commerce

is shoe shopping supposed to feel like you're in a haunted house...? why does it seem as though it's real dark in here...? is that ambient feeling supposed to make you feel like you want to buy more shoes...? I went to the store in La Puente but they didn't have my size there but the worker at that store called Commerce and told me the size and style I wanted was there; fast forward to the next day and off to Commerce I went...girl there couldn't find the shoe I wanted and had no idea what I was talking about, even though I showed her what I wanted, and on my phone...she looked for it on the store's computer, still couldn't find it but then had the idea to go in the back to see if it was next to the same one that I kept showing her but in another color...at last she found it, gave me a lecture on how the next time I should get the style number and come ready; yeah, and maybe I can do your job for you...other than that somewhat mediocre customer service, shopping here for shoes is alright I guess, a little high-priced but the boots last...I'll stick to the LA Puente store though, it's better lighting there so you can actually see the shoes and the customer service is a...

I usually come here to shop for jeans with my father and never had any complaints until an unfortunate incident had occurred. The items are orderly, but the customer service is beyond below expectations. I had received horrible service from a worker with red hair, she insisted that she cannot translate for my mother who spoke mainly Spanish, that was until when we were about to purchase our items did she translate for a male customer perfectly. I have not been so humiliated in my life to be treated in such an establishment I have been shopping with for the past couple months. That woman with the red hair did not need to treat us in such a way when we were only curious about the applied discounts. Not only such, she treated my mother like she was a child and gave her such a rude tone. This woman has humiliated my mother and thus humiliated me. I hope she can clean up her attitude and treat both men and women in this establishment the same. If I could I would give this...

Don't buy Shoeteria. Buy Redwing or any other. I bought an item, but later I wanted a different size. I asked the manager to exchange, but she refused. I work for Metro and Shoeteria is a vendor, however the manager did not acknowledge my purchase and demanded a receipt to exchange. Also my item was Shoeteria brand that could only be available through Shoeteria but the manager refused to acknowledge my purchase without receipt and also refused to look up past sales records. Very bad service. Please help me boycott Shoeteria. Please don't patronize stores that treat cu stomers wrong. Help me by buying somewhere else. Please help me boycott because of the lack of service.
