I have been going to this place for amnot 10 years but only picking up balloons and finally just last week i used them for a package they offered, 3 tables and chairs, medium pinata, 12 helium balloons and a slide jumper for $190. Great deal or so i thought! The worse service and professionals ever. They showed up 2 hours late, they sent only 1 person to set up everything so it took forever and this was for simply setting up the jumper and laying the table and chairs out on the lawn. So everything goes downhill from here:
Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and go w a better company. They ask for 20 deposit at the booking then request full payment at drop off which is where they get you.... they drop off product that doesn't work and you're stuck w their filthy nonfunctional equipment and then they are rude on top of it all.
The absolute worse service I've had anywhere ever. If i could picket their place, i would. Don't spend your money there. It is a waste!

I’m so disappointed in her customer service.On our first conversation she quoted me a price for linen for my baby shower. I show up to pay with a surprise that she was cash only and that it was a deposit. She didn’t require the deposit until she seen my address on my ID. However, my event was being held local in Carson. I had no problem paying the deposit and she took a picture of my ID. I needed to go to the bank She told me she will keep my order slip and I can Zelle her since I didn’t have cash. I called her today Weds and she couldn’t find my order slip and my event is Saturday .So we proceed to make a new one. She now proceeds to ask me for a utility bill for my address. That’s a bit extreme and wasn’t stated when I was at her party place the other day. Since I wouldn’t provide a bill she Zelle me back my money. I just wanted to order stuff for my shower and had no bad intentions. Her past experiences have made it hard for her to provide consistent good customer service like she did in the past. I gave her my id and I paid my invoice with the deposit as she asked. I agreed to the return of her linen on Sunday and she still had a problem .I hope she hires help cause she is seriously overwhelmed in her business...
Read moreThe only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the prices. I rented chairs and a tent for a event on a Tuesday. Being they are closed on Tuesdays, I was told the delivery and set up would be the Monday before. Not a problem. I owed a balance. Due to foreseen problems, the event planner was short. Seeing that I was closer to the store, I call and TRIED to explain and ask if I could walk in the remaining balance. Well, Marisabel was extremely rude and would not let me talk as I was explaining, basically yelling being a phone Bully, I have never been talk to like that from someone wanting my business and money. The Planner worked out the rest of the balance. So, tent were set up.
Now its Tuesday the day of my vent and the Planners here noise outside. She looks out the window and the tent was being taken down. Per the delivery women, Marisabel call them in on their off day to pickup the tent and chairs. WTH. So, wasn't I told they are closed on Tuesdays and I had to take delivery on Monday. Lol.
