The Buffalo Spot - Compton — Restaurant in Compton

Came up there a couple days ago for a meal and one the cashier acted like she didn’t understand what i was asking for…I looked on the website before I came and asked for the 5/6 piece wing combo for $16 and she said “that deal is on Thursday’s” and I said ok give me the regular 5 piece wing combo…she rings it up, I pay & Im looking at the receipt… it was the same price of the combo I was asking for before 🤦🏾‍♀️ confusing 🫤 so then I wait outside, I come back in to check on my food and everyone seems to ignore me. I address the cashier that’s cleaning and some other woman comes out and to tell me 2 more minutes for the food but unnecessarily assertive. Ok cool. I go sit down and wait…. So 6 min passed and I get up to go to the counter to check on my food, ignored again… (the cashier giving better customer service to a man, she serviced me like I was incompetent) so I’m waiting and then after she’s done having a side conversation with the man, she turns to me and tells me my food is coming out, & the overly dominant lady comes out with my food right before she could finish her sentence and I just grabbed my food said thank you, have a good night and left. Too much negative energy. Thing was I went home and there was NO sauce on my wings. AT all… dry chicken. Ok Coo.. I expected it. I’m a black female, didn’t disrespect anyone there, waited for my food like a normal person would but still got some BS food that I paid $17 for, plus the service was discriminative. I’m good off...

If I could give this place a 0 I most certainly would. I went in ordered my food and patiently waited. Got my food and went home. My family was hungry and extremely excited. I opened the bag to find that NOTHING I had ordered was in the bag. I called to let them know and was told on the phone "OH WELL" and was hung up on. I called back multiple times just to be told that the lady I spoke with was the manager. I ordered 3 5 piece tenders with no sauce with fries for my children. I ordered 10 piece tenders with garlic parmesan and fries for myself and also ordered a 10 piece tenders with garlic parmesan with ranch and a side of mild sauce with fries for my husband. All I received in the bag was 2 10 piece tenders in sauce that none of my family could eat because it was way to spicy and some fries with nasty stuff on top. Needless to say NONE of this food was ate AND I still had to leave my home AGAIN to get my family something to eat. I can not believe a company would treat their customers that way more less a manager. They should be ashamed...

I am not the type of person to write reviews but today's experience was ridiculous. I placed an order through uber eats it was about $60 worth of food. When I got my order I was surprised to see only a small bag when I ordered two shakes, two orders of wings, fries and a carrot cake. I open the bag only to see the wings and a banana cake. I drove to the restaurant and when I was explaining the situation to a staff member another one rudely interrupted stating that I got banana cake because they ran out of the one I asked (didn't consider maybe I had an allergy) usually restaurant call to state they don't have an item when they run out. Then he admits one shake was done and sitting in their fridge. He pointed at it and shook it to show me. The attitude and the lack of respect and communication with the customer was by far the worst I ever...
