Terrible customer service from the workers, especially the owner or whoever the rude lady is. I spent $12.00 on a plate of shrimp fried rice with beef added and when I asked 4 extra soy sauce, I was given big attitude saying that she already put 2 packages in my bag but only after her giving me an extra 3. Okay, I kept it cool and I still spent my money but will consider otherwise next time. Even 5 packages of those small soy sauce packages isn't a bunch compared to how much rice and meats.
