rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this tobacco shop was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off. The owners (or managersāhard to tell, as they were the only ones working) were not only unwelcoming, but downright rude when I asked simple questions about their products.
Rather than helping me find what I was looking for, they acted as if I was bothering them. When I asked about pricing or product details, they responded with sarcasm and impatience. Thereās a big difference between being busy and being disrespectful, and unfortunately, this place leans hard into the latter.
Whatās worse, their business practices seem questionable at best. Prices arenāt clearly marked, and I noticed they charge different customers different prices for the same items. No receipts were offered, and when I asked for one, the owner scoffed and waved me off.
A business like this survives on customer loyalty, but itās clear they have no interest in earning it. There are plenty of other tobacco shops that know how to treat people with basic courtesy and respect. Iāll be taking my business elsewhereāand I recommend others...

First and foremost most they have 0 customer service! I walked in and wasnāt even greeted with a hello, hi , or welcome, nothing !!! I walked around for a few minutes and still wasnāt even being acknowledged. I went and grabbed a soda and asked to please be charged, AND these two guys were having a whole conversation and got upset at the fact I want to be charged???? Mind u I was going to also buy product! I donāt recommend anyone coming here, theyāre rude and have no business! I will never be coming back here again! Also itās very dirty the fridge where the drinks are in looks like itās never been cleaned š¤®š¤¢ I should of known better as soon as u walk in u can tell the vibe...

Wanted to get a puff bar because I finished my last one, bought a sour apple bling bar and it is already two years old the product wasn't any good from the first puff and instead of throwing it away and giving me a new one the clerk just kept acting as if it's still good and not his problem however look at the photo it's bad already the taste test was pathetic then he still charged me ten dollars for a new one instead of just exchanging it. Hold them accountable to stocking inventory properly if it's past six months then they need to be taken off the shelf and thrown out. Have them send them back so they can get a bulk shipment of new ones...
