V & V Quality Meats Inc — Local services in Comstock Charter Township

I initially went to Walmart and spent a good amount on steak only to cook them up and realize the quality was just awful and the taste was kind of funky. After that experience I wanted a better option, especially since Walmart steaks have become so expensive lately.

This was my first time visiting and they were very friendly. The lady who helped me seemed to genuinely want to make sure I got what I wanted. Not only was their meat fresh and extremely tasty but they took the time to cut some new peices when I mentioned I like my steaks pretty thick. Also their prices are very reasonable. Im not sure what shenanigans big chains are pulling but when they brought out my prime rib I was like "ok that's at least over 2 lbs so brace for the price but no, it was only 1.5 despite looking huge.

Wonderful smiles from the ladies even when you accidentally come in 10 minutes before closing! Looks like a family owned Christ based store, LOVE this place. EBT is welcomed, amazing choice of not only meats, but general groceries and for way less then the gas stations or stores nearby. Bread, 🍖 & cheeses,condiments galore deli items, hotdogs, house smoked hams to buy, or for slicing, chicken 🐔whole and cut up, specialty meats Locally owned ,buns freezer items, convenient drinks in smaller sizes for being in a hurry or those with small kids. Amish popcorn, mackinaw fudge, chips, low priced little Debbie snack and sunbelt granola bars I'm only listing part of what I remember in my 10 min stay. Definitely a GEM 💎 Check this hidden...

This place is excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I don't get there as often as I would like, but when I do I try to stock up. I've been going there for about 3 years now, and I can say for certain their meats are hands down the best I have found. I occasionally grab something from the chain stores, and I am almost always disappointed with the taste not to mention the price. There is only so much you can do to make a sub par piece of meat taste good. I don't have that problem with the meats from V & V. At V & V the prices are competitive and the steaks always turn out great. If you have never been, I recommend you do as soon as possible. You won't be...
