ALDI — Local services in Concord

I’ve encountered a great deal of rotten fruit and vegetables at this new store on Tesson. The employees couldn’t seem to care less and some even seem a bit rude. One really hot day over the summer the meat refrigeration didn’t seem to be working as well as it should and the meat seemed a bit questionable.

This complaint is for Aldi as a whole. They need to be much more transparent when it comes to all the added costs they tack on for drive up orders. I had no idea the price of every item has been increased up to a $1 when ordered online for pick up. No other stores do this and I was really upset when I realized how much I was paying for a service that’s completely free everywhere else. If you need to do drive up, go to Target or Walmart. This is my most frequently visited Aldi. It's usually pretty quiet, definitely not as busy as some of the other locations nearby. I enjoy shopping here but their fresh fruits and vegetables have been lackluster recently. Good: Low prices, good quality, nice people, has unique foods I can’t find elsewhere, not crowded.

Bad: This particular location is struggling with air quality, and the smell of mildew has been present for over a month (current date: Feb 13th 2025). It makes me hesitant so shop there and concerned for employee safety. If this wasn’t an issue, I’d give this...
