I received 2 packages of several balsamic vinegars and olive oils (7 bottles total) for my birthday less than a week ago. Unfortunately one of the bottles broke in the shipment, so I called and spoke with Aaron who immediately said he would replace the bottle and mail it to me quickly and also send a little surprise treat to compensate for my issue. First, all the other oils and vinegars are superb (can't figure out which is my favorite as there are just so many!!!) Anyway, I received the replacement package today and... OMG!!! Among my new bottle were the "treats" Aaron sent which were 2 superb little samples of other oils...this was not necessary but so very nice and appreciated. I'm sure I would be lost for hours in their store if I lived near...

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Been buying oils/vinegars there for a few years…truffle and rosemary are favs…amazing. Lovely staff.

Most recently, I ordered two oils to be shipped to my friend who came to Boston to take care of me after surgery. It was sent to an ups box store and she didn’t get it although it was delivered. (Someone there got amazing oils). Donna and Aaron went above and beyond and shipped oils again to her at a different address. So grateful!
