The UPS Store — Local services in Concord

I use the UPS store in Concord frequenlty and typically have a great experience, especailly when Vita is working. I will write a seperate review to praise Vita on her excellent customer service skills. Today I spoke with Sunny and I left upset. I was returing two small rugs to Amazon, in the original packaging. I ordered the rugs on one Amazon order but the rugs came in seperate packages. When I created the return Amazon gave me 1 return label. Sunny told me he could not help me, that I should call Amazon and basically told me to leave with the rugs, or spend $30 on a box to put the rugs in. I asked if the rugs could be taped together with packing tape and sent with the 1 label Amazon provided, he said no. I asked why and he responded "because we don't do it that way". I asked another woman working in the store and she said she thought it could be done. I then had to spend $9 for a roll of tape and tape them together in the store. They had a huge roll of tape, but Sunny did not offer to help in any way. I was wishing that Vita was working because she has been amazingly helpful everytime I have been in the store. Went into this location earlier this week to drop off some returns and ask about opening a mailbox. The man who helped me was of middle eastern heritage, and he was the rudest person I have ever met in my life! This man should not have a customer service job! I am normally helped by other employees in this location and their nothing but pleasant to me. But this Loser guy needs to go or you will lose not only my business. But all your business. The employees that work here are so helpful and great. I went over to this store to fax something, but the fax recipient on the other side was busy. Instead of having me wait for my papers to successfully fax, they offered to continue trying while I could step out to run other errands. They called me back to notify me that they were able to successfully fax over my papers and emailed me a confirmation! Overall, the service was speedy...
