I understand if you don't have any other choice but this place is terrible especially .The shop absolutely terrible & shop manager is beyond terrible. I had all the parts for my truck 2020 volvo it was easy so I thought. Cab air bag & truck & trailer shocks no big deal. We'll I was wrong it turned into a nightmare. they wanted to do the tractor shocks first. okay 12 bolts well they where changed a year ago but they couldn't get them off so they have to cut them of so they break the shock mount with & touch & sledgehammer. Broke it in half so after 3 people standing around looking at it & calling a manager that was in a meeting the lady that wasn't on the clock. Made a choice & I started looking for the mount. I found it in Kansas city I let the know so than they come to me an tell me how much the mount & u bolts are & 150 dollar pick up fee . Wait I didn't break it you did I said that's crazy. she said well wave the pick up fee so the estimate was 950 take off 150. remember there all my parts now I'm supposed to pay for what they broke.si parts get there they still have to put my cab air bag on 3 of them & 6 trailer shocks. In that estimate shift change & shocks are on so need air bag put on it gets done & they hand me a bill for 1395.00. I call the useless manager it's like I'm putting her out & TA CUSTOMER CARE is also useless. So 1395.00 I still need air bags which I have & trailer shocks please stay...
Read moreI recently stopped at this TA service shop to fix a hub seal leak on my truck. After spending 7 hours there, they told me I was good to go as they replaced the seal and put new brake pads on my drive axle, charging me $805. However, I soon noticed several warning lights, including the ABS light. They informed me that I needed to wait until morning so they could order new parts to fix the sensor.
After waiting 24 hours, they replaced the sensor. Despite this, the issue persisted. The mechanic then told me that I had a problem with my ABS module and that it needed to be replaced.
I decided to leave the TA shop and went to a Freightliner dealership instead. After their initial diagnosis, the dealership found that the hub oil seal on the same drive axle was not properly installed, the tone ring had an active fault, and the brake pads were improperly installed without adjustment. After fixing all these issues, the ABS light went off and the problem was resolved.
The mechanics at the TA had no knowledge of the issue. They wasted my time and took my money without fixing the problem. More importantly, their improper installation of the brake pads could have put my life and others at risk.
Kindly avoid this place and go somewhere else where you can save your time, money, and get the...
Read moreBought a pair of pants at this TA on 06/30/24, extra large, didn’t say junior or anything on it but they’re so small they have to be junior. Tried to return them the same day at TA in Mt Vernon, IL but was told by the manager that I can’t because they don’t carry those. Some time later tried to return them at Petro in Deming, NM but got the same thing from it’s manager. Finally today was able to get back to this TA in Concordia, MO and they took it back no questions asked. Told both lead store ladies ( Taylor and Michelle, store 0018 ) about my frustrations and they both said that the other TA or Petro should’ve taken them back even if they don’t carry it. That’s what I thought too but my experience proved otherwise. Don’t know what’s going on here but like I’ve said in reviews for those two locations, drivers be careful when purchasing something like this or any other item, especially on clearance because if there’s anything wrong with it, you might not be able to return it. As for this TA, I appreciate the ladies being professional and taking care of the problem and Michelle taking her time to explain a few...
