I wish I could give more than five stars. Absolutely legendary customer service!! I was driving from GA to NY and decided to make a detour to visit their shop along the way. Best decision ever! Andrew went above and beyond in showing me around and introducing me to the entire team at IR. Great guys and gal who are all passionate and knowledgeable about paddlesports.
I arrived about 45 minutes before closing. Andrew was extremely patient and knowledgeable in teaching me about their different gear and helped me pick out my first spray skirt. He was wonderful with my 4yo who was with me. As Andrew was ringing up my transaction, I asked about drysuit fit and comparisons between different brands and styles. Even though it was past closing, Andrew insisted on helping me try one on. He helped me find the right size and taught me how to don and doff propery, as well as how to care for one to keep it in good condition as long as possible.
I enjoyed the experience and appreciated the excellent service so much I came back again the next day after sleeping on whether to pull the trigger on the drysuit or not. Andrew was just as helpful and patient as he was the day before. Seriously, this guy has the most impressive patience because I asked about a billion questions while there. A huge storm passed through while I was there and Andrew was kind enough to let us hang out until it was safe to hit the road again. I left IR with a new drysuit and some other goodies I can't wait to take on the river, plus a huge newfound respect for the people and products at IR.
Please always keep your dedication to customer service and quality gear. I used to manage a high end retail store with a huge dedication to customer service and it was awesome to see the same level of service (if not higher) at another company. This experience has made me an IR fan for life. I can't wait to bring my husband so he can have the same experience I did (and yes, I will absolutely bring doughnuts!!)

I loved my spray skirt when I got it and used it easily 4 times a week for the past year kayaking and it's served me well.
