Dollar General — Local services in Conneaut

Friendly staff. Great prices and always new deals everytime I come in. Always greeted with a hello or a welcome. Only negative Ive experienced was having to watch a manager scold a new employee for doing her best to help customers be happy n move swiftly through line when it was obvious she wasn't trained properly on protocol from the convo that took place on sales floor then manager proceeded to check me out and threw my sodas all about with no regard of shaking them bssically throwing them in a bag and at me. The young associate handled it with Grace and I applaud that and understand all around its very often a high stress and many times thankless job. Good place & We drive 10 - 15 into Conneaut from Pa. Because there's no DG store in Pa. like that one with such a expanded grocery items, & fresh produce items like this one... it's worth the drive. But the last time We were in there, the toilet in the women's rest room was turned towards the wall, & was about to fall over because it was VERY LOOSE ! And the men's restroom was shut down & out of order.. and I told the blonde manager (female), about the women's room and she didn't even care, & I told her that it needed tightened before someone sue's them for falling over on it...& asked her how bad is the men's restroom if the women's is open, & that the toilet is falling off the floor ? She didn't even care !...

Becky the manger was very very rude the other day when I showed and and was treating the delivery with complete disrespect. She was yelling and laughing at the man the entire time I was in the store someone decided to say something and she completely started to freak out and make a huge scene in the middle of the store. She got called out and asked to treat the man with respect but she told the person they needed to leave. But if you ask me as a customer I will not return to that dollar general out of respect for myself and others.
