CBHA Connell Clinic — Local services in Connell

Up until my covid vaccine there was no other place I would go for medical help. I used to travel to Othello, but they saw our need and opened a brand new facility all the way out here where doctors were hard to find. We are farmers mostly. And it's endless miles of nothing but endless plowed fields. Not much else either outside of going to church and the occasional community get togethers. But this was a greatly needed service C. B. H. A. Provided our little community and they've done that well . We now have dentists and optometrists and hearing centers all under the same roof with multiple providers to choose from in each of the affore mentioned areas of medical staff they have provided all of us with. It is a fine place to be treated whether it be something as simple as a rash or headaches. But they do cover all the bases so they may best provide you with the treatment that fits your illness. They give you their best foot forward from the start. From the moment you walk through those doors. I for one and I am not alone on this thought I'm so glad they came. And stayed. I’ve been going into Connell Dental to get my teeth back in order after years of me not taking the the greatest care of them and being on medications that led to major decay. Before I went to see Dr Richard Jimenez I saw someone in Pasco at MC Dental that told me I was needing ALL of my teeth removed!’ I was devastated. Prior to the last few years I have had perfect teeth so that was not only shocking news but I just could not accept that idea!

Dr Richard Jimenez did our 5th and final extraction today and I’ve got a couple more fillings to go to finish up what we’ve been working on and I couldn’t be happier! When I went to the dentist in the first place it was to get my front tooth fixed because I had a big big cavity on a front tooth. As it turned out, the front one had to wait as i had some real dental emergency’s and infections that needed taken care of ASAP . Dr Richard Jimenez did a filling on my front tooth that isn’t noticeable unless I look really close to see it! The whole staff there are awesome. Well worth the drive from Richland for me as the take my insurance and I highly recommend them!!

My wife and I are full-time RVer's which we call South Dakota home now. We will be in SD in September and needed a referral to make an Cardiology appointment. We stopped at Connell and decided to see if possible if the Connell Clinic could write a referral to a Cardiologist in SD. I was helped by Patty Williamson who went above and beyond the normal to make this happen for me. She is the best, and has become a friend to my wife and me. I'm also grateful to her Medical Assistant Maria Medina who got all the paperwork ready for the Doctor to fax and provided me a copy. I'd also thank Alex who was the receptionist that chased down the CD with my records, contacted the Othello Clinic, and pretty much kept me squared away. I can only hope the clinic in Rapid City is as efficient and friendly as Connell, Washington's staff has been. Good luck on your boards Maria, we'll be...
