Rent-A-Center — Local services in Connellsville

Compared to the Uniontown RAC, I found the Connellsville branch to be less honest. I initially went in and asked why my price of renting furniture was more than it previously cost me 6 months prior when renting the same items from a store 15 miles away and their response was, "I don't know." I had to call their bluff and call another RAC franchise to get pricing options to finally get the lower price. They tried to deceive us more than once(I called to cancel my order and go with a more honest franchise, which they agreed to cancel but never did so I was forced to use them). The delivery employees could have been more professional with their profanity and manners. There were a couple times I caught the furniture bumping into walls due to improper moving techniques. I am most likely not going to go to this branch again. Uniontown personnel were far more professional when it came to signing the agreements and having the furniture...

Not even worth one star!!! This place has the most incompetent bunch employees i have ever seen. They absolutely have no consideration or common sense when comes to dealing with their customers. Ordered a washer and dryer no one shows to deliver nor do they have decency to call saying they ran into problems. After six days of waiting told them keep it and refund my money this is totally unacceptable! Needless say will probably be waiting a month for that still not seen refund!! Must have a sorry excuse of a manger who doesn't even have decency to reach out and apologize for incompetent employees!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK TAKING MY BUSINESS...

This place is a joke I paid for a washer and dryer set a month ago and still have not yet received it.
