DG Market — Local services in Conroe

We always come here as it’s close to our home. And this is for context but we have a 10 month old so I obviously carry a diaper bag with me everywhere. Our diaper bag looks like a back pack but it’s obviously a diaper bag, has wipes and bottles sticking out of it. We have always come here and today one of the managers says you can’t have back packs in here because we have been having issues with people stealing and I said oh it’s a diaper bag and she said yeah you need to leave it up here in the front, no one will grab it. And I said yeah we’re done shopping and checked out and that same manager just so happened to be checking out a young lady and we were behind her and once we got in line she rang the bell and left the register, I was like okay? So a young man comes to check us out and o ask him for his managers name to which he says ummm she told me earlier but I forgot. Like yeah you’re not new and neither is she. Bad experience and...

I wasn't happy with my experience first of all for a store that say they are fully staffed many items I was looking for weren't stocked many empty shelves and then when I got to the checkouts I range their bell for checkout as I don't like self checkouts which BTW we're accepting cards only.. sometimes, we only have cash .my checkout, the cashier told me that she couldn't do a cash checkout because she barely had any cash, so I had to go to a nearby gas station in hopes of getting change which I wasn't able to so had to go to another place was finally able to get it then had to drive back to get my groceries then had to wait for her to re-scan each item! Causing an inconvenience to my driver and for me! If I shop there again and have that experience again, you'll be putting my groceries away after I leave them in the cart. 2 extra stops just to be able to take my groceries home was...

I realize this is a dollar store, but customer service with this place was horrendous. Walked in the store. Just me, no other customers. There was one worker. She completely ignored me until I walked out. She said have a good night. To which I replied.... "yeah your customer service sucks".
