This location on 105 has gone downhill. I was one of the earliest customers when it opened, going there once a month (or more frequently) for 3 years. I switched jobs so this location was no longer on my way home, and I've gone to the Splendora location with great success. This location is closer to home, so when I am home, I order from 105 instead. Every time, there is a lack of customer service. No greeting when you walk in, you wait to even be acknowledged to exist, there are people doing nothing ... tonight was no exception, except for once, I took my infant with me. As I opened the door and tried to pull the stroller in with me, the 5 (FIVE) employees sitting at the dine in booths just stared. Not a single one offered to hold the door. Now I know, manners don't matter to some, but every other place I've ever been to has offered to get the door, and even if I decline, the offer still means something. This was definitely offputting. Especially when I finally get inside, see them all (FIVE) staring, and wave and half-jokingly say "don't everyone get up at once to help a customer". You know what I hear when I get to the counter? One of the boys say "Do you smell that? Huh, do you smell that? Smells like a *." Now my baby was trying to fall asleep, so I let that slide. I'm an adult, these kids/millenials don't know any better, as apparent by their lack of manners in the first place. So I'm standing at the counter, now with those kids staring at me in my peripheral vision, and there's the girl at the counter taking an order on the phone. I wait patiently to at least get a "1 minute" finger signal, or a nod that she even sees me, and nothing. Literally 5 minutes pass, and not a single other employee hanging out in the kitchen, or the 5 in the booths, offers to help at the counter. I finally just want to leave and motion to the girl taking the order, who has politely listed every single option for every single possibility on the menu to the person on the phone, that I need to sign. She gets on the other computer, prints my ticket, grabs my order as I sign, and I thank her quietly to not disturb her call more than necessary since she's the only front of house working ... I again fight with the door on my way out as the 5 kids/millennials sit there and stare. The sad thing is, this probably wasn't my worst experience there, since my whole order was right. The staff there at the beginning was awesome. The Splendora staff offers to open the door if I just have more than 1 pizza, they're beyond helpful and friendly. They need to train this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreProbably the worst Pizza Hut Iāve ever been to or ordered from. I feel like a lot of these reviews are either fake or made my employees.
Iāve ordered from here multiple times, because itās so close to us, and each time Iāve been more disappointed than the last. They NEVER give enough sauce. Even when you select extra sauce in the app, the pizza is dry as hell. I always select in the app or in the comments that I want the pizza āwell doneā, and itās always undercooked or floppy. The topping distribution is fine, but itās like they have a sauce shortage or something.
They also frequently forget items or donāt give them to us. Tonight I ordered mozzarella sticks and was given French fries and didnāt notice till I got back home.
We moved nearby in June, and Iāve ordered from here probably 4-6 times. Each time hoping that they finally got their act together, but nope. Always dry undercooked pizza. I know times are tough right now, but for a $63 order I expect enough sauce that I can actually SEE it on the slice. My wife genuinely thought I ordered the pizza without sauce and got frustrated before I showed her my order.
I love Pizza Hut, but this location sucks. I mean thatās the simple truthš¤·š»āāļø I had better pizza when I was deployed overseas and pepperoni wasnāt even available, because the contractors couldnāt touch pork.
And as someone thatās worked at a pizza place, I can tell you itās not difficult to make decent pizza. Just add a couple extra ounces of sauce and increase the cook time by like 30 seconds. I promise it wonāt bankrupt you.
The boneless wings were okay, no complaints. But they also come frozen...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy kids really wanted pizza tonight , So, I decided to take them to this Pizza Hut location. We ordered Canadian bacon and Pineapple and ended up with cheese but , That's okay. I understand things happen . I told the lady , I wanted to dine in and they brought my stuff boxed up to me, They did bring me plates when asked, So I appreciate that . I arrived 40 min before closing , So maybe they just wanted to go home , I understand , What wasn't a good experience for us was , The lady behind the register had her husband, another guy and two other co-workers in the front, They were very loud and I honestly just feel , That's so unprofessional. I went to enjoy a meal with my children not to listen to them good off/ yell their conversations to each other. I felt like it was someone else's home and I was the intruder lol . The pizza was...
