GoEco Dry Cleaning — Local services in Conroe

This place needs a more motivated front office person. On January 11th I took 2 Christmas rugs in to be cleaned. Employee told me she needed to call about the cost for the rugs and would call me back that afternoon or the next morning. I left my rugs. No return call for several days so I called her. She gave me the price and I approved the cleaning. She told me she would call when the rugs were ready. Almost a month later on Friday, February 4th I called to inquire if my rugs were ready. Affirmative answer so I went to pick them up. I asked why no one called and was told she was too busy. Really!? I pass by this new cleaners frequently and NEVER see a car there, no one has been there when I was there, and there does not seem to be many items on back racks for pickup. The employee was very engaged on her tablet on both of my visits so maybe that is why she is too busy for customer service. Maybe my expectations are too high. There is no corporate office that I can find on the internet. Oh, the rugs? Mediocre cleaning at best with a funky smell. They are airing out in the garage. Very expensive lesson for me.

UPDATE. After this review the store owner called me. He was very kind and apologetic about my experience and unaware of the customer service issues (which he plans to rectify). He told me he is making sure his contact information is displayed at the store should anyone need to call or email him about a problem or concern. I truly felt heard and valued as a customer. I will definitely go back and use this dry cleaner again. Changing my rating to ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (If he follows through on his assurances, I will bump this to ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐.)

For the most part I had a good experience with them, but they lost a flannel shirt of mine and they never did find it. They have multiple stores. They looked at all of them and couldn't find it. They might have given it to another customer. I hope that customer is enjoying it. They did give me some credit on a future cleaning. While I was there, they misplaced a lady's husband's suit pants that he needed the next day. They looked all over and finally found it with someone else's clothes. They do not clean clothes on site. They do it at another site and deliver...

I’m very picky with who cleans my clothes, and Go Eco definitely delivered! The stains in my comforters that I was not able to clean at home they were able to remove. My clothes were also washed fragrance free, which is reassuring since I have sensitive skin to different chemicals.
