Taco Bell — Restaurant in Conroe

I don't normally take the time to complain about fast-food restaurants but this location is horrible... not one time out of ten has anyone ever acknowledged me when I walk up to the counter. They will look straight at you and not say a word. All you have to say is I'll be with you in just a minute... they never have someone that only works the counter. They are working kitchen, drive through and the counter... that seems to be a big part of the problem. Last straw was today, they got my order wrong, I took the wrong items up to let them know. I’ve given this place way too many chances, and they still manage to be absolutely terrible. Like, come on—there’s practically no customer service at all. They’re slow and inefficient, just to name a few issues. They’ve messed up my order more times than I can count. How does that even happen so often? Can’t they see what I ordered?

Absolutely diabolical. I recently came here just for a little snack and a drink during my 30-minute lunch break. I ordered a drink and the cinnamon twists. Little did I know I’d be standing there for more than half my break.

Staff is very unfriendly always rushing customers through drive through to order .having your back turned infront of the window is a big no no they shows a sighn of unfriendliness .then my order was wrong and didn’t even receive a receipt the manager was decent enough to replace my order.the girl in the front was very rude as well forcing me to throw an order away that I stated that it was wrong . I also standard procedure for the team members to take the food away that needs to be replaced and throw it away themselves not the customers.
