How to hand a customer their food and drink should be done in training day 1. I sat and watched the girl at the window make four drinks and every single one of them had drips of soda going down the side of the cups. It is impossible she did not see it, she simply did not care or consider grabbing a napkin to wipe down the sides of the cups. During the two minutes that she set and admired her long fingernails while she waited for the food to come to the counter, she certainly could have grabbed a napkin. Instead she handed my drink to me, soda still dripping down the sides. I had to ask her if i could please get a few extra napkins, because the cup that she handed me had soda dripping down the side. She handed me the napkins and then shut her window. Not even so much as an apology. I had soda on my hands and some had dripped onto my clothes. It's a sad tell of the times that people working in fast food no longer have any pride for their job or respect for the customer. This is the first time I have been to Jack in the box in over a year and my last. I will happily spend my money at places like Dutch brothers coffee and chick fil a. My husband waited 8 minutes at the register and not a single person helped him. He had 3 different ladies look at him but, no one actually helped, and they didn't even speak to him. He wasn't greeted or anything. One lady walked by him twice, looked at him with a snotty attitude, and then kept doing her own thing. How do 3 different women see a customer and just watch him as if he was unwelcomed? They literally said nothing to him. After 8 minutes my husband was so frustrated that he left. I'm not sure what their issue is but, apparently they don't want our business. If this is how your staff treats customers then, I'll make sure to never go to this establishment again. I recently downloaded the app and tried to place my order for a drive though pick up, I submitted my order, but didnât seem to go through.
