This place has been virtually abandoned since the late 90s. When stores do get rented out, they don't last long and 99% of the stores are currenlty unoccupied. You would think with how much Conroe has grown recently, that this place would grow in traction but instead newer shopping strips get created around the area instead. This place no longer resemblances what it used to be. Once Nike left, all other small businesses started leaving and this place is now a huge leasing place, empty, with no real offers but for a Levi's store (which I recommend visiting). If you go for the Outlets, there is nothing left here. Very disappointed that the maps STILL mark it as active, but honestly this place should be called: Levi's Outlet and another 3 stores. This place is dead. Only a hand full of stores open and dressbarn will close December 24th. How terrible. First these people will be out of a job and on top of it you are making them work Christmas Eve. If I were them everyone should call in sick that day. Merry Christmas dressbarn owner.
