I was overcharged yesterday. I bought a lot of stuff and didn't realize until I got home that she charged me for 2 candles and I only bought 1. I called the store. She wanted me to lug all the items purchased back to the store so they could review the video of the cash register. I'm already inconvenienced! I'll spend $5 in gas to go back, plus my time, while they search for this video. It's not worth further frustration! I'll just take the loss but this is really shameful for a well established business to treat a customer this way, when it was an honest mistake made by their cashier. Basically they don't believe me and need to watch a video to verify the $5.99 overcharge? Treating me as if I'm trying to defraud them for a whole $6.00! I frequent Hobby lobby quite often but maybe I'll ust stick with HomeGoods and TJMaxx instead. They have much better customer service! Warning to all customers to check your receipt before leaving the store. Is it worth losing a customer for $5.99 hobby lobby? It makes me not want to shop there again. It's not the $6.00 loss, it's the way they were making me feel was if I was trying to defraud the store of $6.00. Shame on you Hobby Lobby for treating your customers this way! Poor...
Read moreWalking into Hobby Lobby is like stepping into a glitter-covered dimension where creativity reigns supreme and your debit card starts whispering, “Please don’t do this.” Every aisle is a wonderland—Christmas trees glowing in October, fabric that practically screams, “Sew me!”, and home décor that makes you want to redecorate your house… again.
The staff? Absolute gems—helpful, kind, and somehow immune to the hypnotic power of 50% off signs. And those seasonal displays? They deserve their own reality show! I swear, even if you went in just to “look,” you’ll come out with a cart full of fake flowers, scented candles, and an inspirational sign reminding you that “Faith, Family & Coffee” is all you need in life.
🎨 Whether you’re a DIY junkie, a holiday decorator, or just someone who enjoys wandering through aisles of pure inspiration—Hobby Lobby is your happy place.
Big thanks to the amazing team at Hobby Lobby for keeping creativity alive and giving us dreamers a place to get lost in ideas (and glitter). You make crafting feel like...
Read moreThe address takes you to Bojangles. It took calling the store and getting verbal directions to find it. Tons of construction in that area making it extremely difficult to find the entrance. Once you finally do find the store, it is in a newer shopping center with many other large name stores.
I reported the address issue with Google.
The store itself is new, so it is nice. But I did not find the staff particularly friendly on Saturday night 10-27-24 around 730pm
My husband and I shopped a little because we went through so much to find the store, but due to the unfriendly staff we will most...
