If I could give this god forsaken place a ZERO, I would! Below is the email I sent to the manager. We checked in the hotel at 7pm 05/10/19 and was checked out by 10pm due to a health issue cause by this environment.
“Hello Mr. Niral Patel my name is xxxx and my sisters name is xxxx. We reserved a room at your facility today and was EXTREMELY unsatisfied. To start off, we were not aware of the pet friendly status of your establishment. I suffer from severe allergies and the room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly because it triggered my asthma.
The sanitation of our room was intolerable, it smelled like mold and marijuana. The hall ways smelled like marijuana as well.
Thirdly, the sheets had stains on them followed by pillows that looked as if someone had already slept on them.
Fourthly, there are ants in the hotel room I’ve seen three of them crawling from the fridge. Fifthly , the air does not work which causes problems for an asthmatic like myself.
Traveling from Baltimore, MD I am truly disappointed. I am currently at your reception desk trying to get answers from your receptionist as far as our refund is concerned since we did not stay in your establishment. She did get in contact with you, but from what I could over hear is that our matter isn’t important and that you will get back to us tomorrow, which in my opinion isn’t good customer service .
This inconvenience misplaced my family and I for the night. With concerns of my health, and the unsanitary conditions we had to check out the same day we checked in.
I do look forward to hearing from you in regards to this matter promptly or other matters will be taken.

Read moreIt was to be a 1 night stay with my 80 year old handicapped mother to visit her friends. That changed quick. As you walk in the eating area tables were full of dirty sheets and towels. The exit door to the outside did not need a key as it was broken. Got to the room, stains and holes everywhere. Blood stains on the lampshade and the refrigerator would not close. Rat poop in and by the ice machine. The lock on the room door did not work. Not to mention the smell of weed and smoke throughout the hotel, as well as people smoking weed right outside the exit door.||||Went to the front to speak with the owner and told him that we did not feel safe staying there and would like a refund. I brought up the fact that people were smoking weed right by the door and his answer was “as long as it’s not inside I don’t care what happens outside”. I asked again for a refund he stated “no”. He then proceeded to call the cops on me. Voices were never raised on either side so I was very confused why the cops were called. He did not even offer another room. ||||The cops arrived and stated nothing they could do as it was a civil case I explained to them that I was not the one who called. The owner then came back outside while I was speaking to the cops and said that we could stay if we wanted to. Who would want to stay after just having the cops called on you for asking for a refund. Secondly I get into my non Smoking room, not only does my room smells disgusting from marijuana , the hall way smells horrible . I went over to sit my luggage down & my three year old screamed bugs . I walked over to the air vent Ants are crawling all over the vent. My & I immediately go back down stairs. Ask the receptionist Cierra to call her manager because I was unhappy & wanted to Check out & get a refund although I just checked in. I explained to her I pulled back the sheets there were stains on the sheets , the ac didn’t work. Cierra Johnson then proceeded to try & reach her manager. The Manger finally answered after three calls in attempt to reach him. He advise her to tell my sister & I that he would contact us Saturday morning May 11th. Needless to say he was VERY INEFFECTIVE when it came to communicating to me in reference to my Refund of $165 for three nights . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a anyone !!
