while traveling through saw this store and decided to check them out, bought a pair of kids boots and a carthart outfit..purchase totaled $125, got home and the boots were to tight, figured no problem, I'll be traveling south again for work in about a month, will stop in and exchange for a larger size. Got there and waited at the register for 20 minutes, no one insight, finally decided to find the size I needed and then I heard people talking in the back of the store, found the staff, asked for help with an exchange, she looks at my receipt and says your past 30 days. I said, just by a fee days, and I said I live out of state and this is my 1st opportunity back here, boots never worn, just tried on, literally brand new with tags and receipt in the box, left them in my trunk all this time, she says her manager said no exceptions. Needless to say, they've lost a return customer who probably would've made this a go to stop anytime I travel through, but what terrible customer service to refuse that simple courtesy of a larger size after explaining all that. This is why these kinds of stores go out of business, you don't take care of your direct consumers. It's sad, because I'm the type who really tries to support smalll community stores. Oh well, I'll just donate these and buy another pair of boots for my that fit, easy peasy. But you'll lost a loyal customer who...

Bought pair of insulated bibs for my wife. First time she put them on button pulled off bib when she went to connect strap to bibs. Carried them back to get new pair. Didn't have rt size. Said couldn't order another pair n gave me six month to get something of equal value. Told them that was the only reason I came in was to buy her pair of bibs. Hello!! I don't need someone to follow me around a crammed pack old dirty store. They literally follow you like some scary movie. There are no deals to be found here. Online or other stores are CHEAPER, CLEANER, and friendlier. I heard some asking to return something and the store was giving them a real hard time. I saw enough to know I dont want to give my money to these folks. Store could be renamed to highway robbery. Pay more here could be the slogan. And feel weird while your looking with people...
