My Nails — Local services in Contiguous United States

I am using my husbands account..but i am a girl.

Anyways this is the worst place iv ever been to. Please dont spend your money here. They are only interested in your money and they RUSH the job. I came in on a Friday afternoon the place was packed. I went to pick a color and they had VERY SMALL variety of colors. I sat down for almost 30 minutes while 2 nail techs were on there phone doing NOTHING. Another women walked in and was put in front of me. I still patiently waited. Finally i got asked to sit in the chair. The lady told me a full set would be 22 if I wanted medium sized nails. I said cool thats fine. I was indecisive about a color I wanted. It was between white and burgundy. I kindly asked her to paint one of my nails white so I could see how it looked. She gave me an ugly look and painted her nail instead of mine which is not what i asked. But I choose white anyways. She painted my nails so fast that after I looked at them the color did not look smooth at all. I could see white spots and there was tiny little hairs from the brush stuck to the nail. She then insisted on me goin to the dryer because she had another client. I said no im sorry but this color does not look smooth. Can you please fix it. She said this is the only white I have. But I said it doesn't look nice. Can i change the color if you cant fix it. She was so annoyed and told me okay I will charge you 25 NOW. I was pretty pissed at that point because it wasn't my fault but i said okay whatever. She then once again rushed to put on another color which was dark red. She then told me to go pay and said that i had to pay 27 dollers!!. I was like what ? for what. First you said 22 then 25 now 27.? I said no im not going to pay 27 your being a rip off and rushing me to see your other client. So she let me pay 25. She then put me next to the dryer. Let me say that the dryer DID NOT DRY ANYTHING i was there for 20 minutes and all it is is 2 regular light bulbs not the dark light bulbs like your supposed to have. Even the other lady beside me asked for a fan and the tech did not give her one. I left with un dried nails AFTER 20 MINUTES. When i got home i took off the nails. The color was ruined because it wasn't dry and the nail she did not even file underneath so it looked really unprofessional and ugly. I wasted 25 dollars just to pull them all off the next day.Not to mention the looks all the other workers gave me when I walked out.I saw the lady with the Louis Vuitton phone case btw. Not sure about the other techs.

I've been going to my nails for a very long time. The last few times I've been the work hasn't been up to par and the service hasn't been that great. I went Sunday and they only had 2 people working. When asked the owner said we were slow so everybody else left. I got there about 4:15 and there was only one person inside. While I sat and waited for my cousin to get her nails done first 5 people walked in wanting to get pedicures and nails, 4 left because there was nobody working. If your business hours are until 6 you don't send or let employees leave early, they lost business due to that. When my cousin was just about finished, I was next to get in the chair some girl walked in and she was taken to get her nails done before me after I sat there for over an hour. I walked out without getting my nails done and refuse to give them anymore of my business. I've been looking for a new salon for a few months and this was the final straw. I wouldn't recommend...

This is the last time I will ever give them my business.... Currently here they were supposed to open at 9:30am. I came at 9 :15 they were working on a appointment client and said they were about to open. 10:15 am all the technicians start coming in. I said to the owner or boss. Y'all come in late on Saturdays? She ignores me and when I tried to have a conversation about my wait. Because I prepaid and had somewhere else to be she ignores me again . So I asked for a refund . Then she didn't know how to do a refund through the credit cards. This was the third time this same lady was nasty to me. And the service is for my daughter. What is so amazing is no one would say anything about the service . Even the the clients were 🤐🤐 they were being treated any way as well. You won't get a cent from me again. Be Ware ladies.
