WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Maryland

WARNING I don’t usually write reviews but this was a must. Today I was a victim..and I hope people will read this before ordering at this location. This place “use to be” good but I am assuming they have a new ownership which flipped this business upside down. I walk in today place a order for a steak&chesse combo with 12 wings which comes with a drink. The cashier tells me “do u want a fountain drink or a can drink”. I said ill take a fountain drink but then he automatically cuts me off & says we don’t have straws. What? He abruptly points to a sign from pg county that says restaurants ban straws…im confused. I read the sign & it states pg county is banning plastic straws BUT you can still sell paper straws. This person straight up racially profiled me because I was a minority thinking that I can’t read..So as a restaurant business ur saying screw it no straws at all.. LOL what a joke. I then pay for my food and went to go use there restroom. After handling my business in the toilet..I notice a out of order sign on there sink. Okay? I walk out & look up to the counter to see if they atleast have hand sanitizer. No where to be found. I felt disgusted & violated. Like how many customers have used this bathroom without being able to wash there hands. Dos the employees even wash there hands when handling its food? This is a automatic health concern and should be reported. Also I saw that this place now has no napkins in the dispenser & absolutely no condiments on the counter. I have never experienced a America’s best wing without any of these basic restaurant necessities. (Straws, napkins, condiments) if this is a chain franchise..they need to be shut down. These new owners are penny saving crooks. The food was terrible…steak & cheese had no meat, all bread. The wings..bony & overcooked. It chewed like rubber. Pls for the love of god..goto a...

This is a good spot ti get some hot wings! I haven't tried anything else on the menu from this location besides the wings, which were DELICIOUS! They have a lot of flavors to try, I wish I could say that I have sampled them, but I usually stick to the center lane: Regular HOT Buffalo wings, and the Old Bay variety. You really can't go wrong with these choices! Add a little Blue Cheese, or ranch dressing, and the only problem you'll have is deciding how many to get. The location is clean, and there is plenty of FREE parking. The staff has always been courteous too! Another thing that should be noted: the heat profiles are conservative. When they say "Hot", it's not blazing. Don't misunderstand, they have a little bite, but they aren't gonna hurt you. I think this not only reasonable, but a good business decision. If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. Should've known when it was completely empty. The owner is horrible. His customer service will ruin your mood. He overcharged for the burger and wings combo and kept saying that it was a specialty but already charged an extra $3 for catfish. Then he had a smug attitude like he didn't need to explain anything else to me. So give me the money back. He refused cash back when I paid in debit. You are not trustworthy. I want all of my money back now. Why would a burger combo cost $26? That's ridiculous. Nothing at any America's best locations are that good for that amount of money. And to top it off they don't have running water in the bathroom. How gross is that?! Might want to rethink coming to...
