The Skate Haus — Local services in Contiguous United States

Me and family of 10 was excited to finally go. We walk in and was greeted with a young guy with a bad attitude at the register. First impressions should always make a positive impact. I wanted to turn around and walk out then but my little ones wanted to skate. I overlooked the rudness of the cashier paid and went to get skates. I get to skate counter only to have them try to give princess skates to my 4 year old boy SMH. After I refused the princess skates they say they have no more skates and just walk off like oh well. Keep in mind we paid admission for 10 people and only 3 (the youngest ones) were going to skate. I go back security officer (at the cashier)and let him know I need a refund for a skate tickets cause no skates. While im speaking with him im advised by family member we need refund for 2 skate tickets. At this point im like this is pointless. I advised I wanted a refund for all 10 cause we were leaving cause it's no point of us staying. I asked for a manager. The manager comes and talks to security and cashier but didn't say anything to me or anyone in my group. After 10 minutes of just standing there we asked the security was there a resolution. "He said oh im sorry she didn't say anything to yall"?. He then advised the she was going to see if she can find some skates. Guess what the manager magically found 2 pair of skates.

Overall this was not a good experience for first time visiting this establishment. Me and my family will not be back. We went and tried to support but that experience was very unpleasant.
