I’ve been renting from your company for about 10 years and have paid off a lot of merchandise and never had any issues with my account and other staff. I went in to national rent to own now known as rent one. I had at the time my 2 year old daughter with me and worked all day. All I knew was that I was desperately in need of a new stove but surely didn't want to hear all the sales talk stuff. I was greeted and assisted by store manager Mike who was direct, and understanding to my crabbiness.
