I shop here 1-2 times a week. The prices are really high for used and donated items. For a thrift store, their prices should be far less and not at prices from large stores like real retail stores. Goodwill also has the nerve to change exchange policy, to no exchanges. What? Half the stuff is taped up, missing items and have no batteries in them to test the items. Get real people and stop being greedy for your profits. On 12-28, it was 10 minutes to closing. I'm very aware at when I need to checkout or leave. Employees are waiting, staring at us, laughing. Of the 3 ladies, none of them spoke. Have a nice night or thanks for coming, is appropiate for good service. As the manager walks over to unlock the front doors, she doesn't even speak and looks away. This is bad customer service, especially for a manager. I know everyone wants to go home but if you want everyone out at 7:50pm, change the hours of the store. We were browsing and exiting the store around 7:54pm. I could see if we actually had to checkout why they looked mad. Don't treat customers like garbage because your tired. It's your job, and your job is to be friendly and act like you like your job, even...
Read moreGoodwill is great you can really find some good clothing, brand names and well preserved. Some are new clothing with there original sell tags on but mostly are used clothes. Yes New clothing can be sold at reasonable price but come on, used cloth and shoes more than $5 is too much. You can go to D.D's and find yourself New clothing for $3.99 shoes are being sold at $9 worn shoes. Nope sorry that's why you see the tracks fully packed that you cant hardly move them to see the clothing. If you really want to sell and help pay these employees or the needy. You need to bring your prices down $4 used clothing $5 worn shoes. Accessories like purses $3 pots and pans. Come on used and burn on the bottom surface I've seen them for $6 and $9 are you serious. You need to bring used items down people. Oh and for those that give you the clothing, they should be rewarded with at least a $5/$10 depending on the amount giving to purchase in your store. You ain't losing anything just getting clothes and items out to...
Read moreThis Goodwill is a bit of a double-edged sword. Most of the quality items I've been looking for in the past have shown up here without issue, and I usually end up getting something or another when I stop at this particular Goodwill. However, despite having good items and selection, they're definitely expensive, especially compared to the one in Oviedo. Some items may as well be priced at retail, and it's jarring to see them thrown in with other similar items listed at normal thrift store prices. I'm seeing a pattern with Orlando Goodwills recently. Thankfully, compared to some of the other Goodwills, this one doesn't get TOO obnoxious with the "throw literal garbage and broken pieces of toys into a plastic bag with desirable items" schtick, as there's plenty of other things standing...
