HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE EVER. Then they talk about the customer while they are on the phone real appropriate so professional. I hope HR atleast can teach you guys some customer service. Said they could not find my order called 3 times 3 times I was told that it was not there then I called again and supposedly it was there. I asked simple question and got a big blow out. This store is a horrible representative of papa John's I always went there when I wanted pizza but I wont again. The price didn't matter it was customer service but they have nothing left to offer as far as customer service. I dont hope that anyone gets fired but I do hope that they get better trained. So that other people do not have to deal with that.
The store I ordered from stated they didn't have my order i called them 3 times. And the store said it was impossible that I order with their store since they couldn't find it I spent $44 dollars. I called the support number to cancel my order since it couldn't be found she said she couldn't and that it is impossible that they couldn't find my item. (So which one is possible I didn't order or they couldn't find it) I call the same place with the same number and they said ohh it looks like it's ready for pick (really and what happened to all the other time I called). It was carry out I wanted to know if I could change it to delivery they gentlemen had horrible attitude and shouldnt be called a gentleman . He said no which is fine because I know there is a delivery fee okay so.i asked if I buy another item can it be delivered he said wait while leaving on the phone he spoke unprofessional about me with another team member that I spoke with earlier and they said "ugh is she dumb tell her no". So if I have to go through so buy a simple pizza to make my family and have them enjoy a meal that I had to get upset and mad and stressed and loose my appetite ....no way for that I'll take my business somewhere and I like papa John's but remember a simple store represents the whole company so I while will no longer give my hardworking money and meal time that I share with my family to that store or...
   Read moreWaited over an hour for a pizza that was promised on the Papa Johns app for 18 to 28 minutes. Called the store only to wait on hold for 15 minutes so I decided to hang up and call back and when they answers the same rep told me the manager “refused“ to get on the line. This is after waiting politely, and not even being upset with the rep that answered, but we are an hour overdue for our pizza with no resolution. The rep stated that they were waiting a delivery person to pick up their pizza so my pizza sat there waiting to be delivered for over a half an hour. I told the rep to just cancel my order and that we would go get other food and hung up. Five minutes later, the manager decided to call me, saying that a delivery person was actually on their way to my house with the pizza (not what the rep said), nor what app stated, said it was being “prepared”. He stated he was the only one making the pizzas but when my husband got there, the store was full of personnel, and only a handful of pizzas waiting to be picked up. not overwhelmed or any explanation as to why it had taken over an hour to even send the pizza on its way. If you can’t deliver at the promised time, then why take our order, why completely misrepresent the delivery time? I would not recommend.What’s worse is that we haven’t ordered from you guys in quite a long time because we have a local Italian restaurant that we tend to order genuine New York style pizza from but honestly we were craving Papa John’s pizza tonight and we were completely disappointed in the level of service this evening. All we wanted was for someone to pick up the phone and give us an update on our pizza or just cancel it for us because it was so unbelievably late.    Read moreThis location is why Papa John's customer service has gone downhill. We had an issue with our cusotmized pizza and corporate was nice about it and addressed it and gave us a complimentary pizza for the one that was done incorrectly. We'll my husband calls today to redeem said pizza and was told by corporate to call this location, press option 5 and speak to Effrain who is "the manager" of this location. My husband called and was told they don't have his name or any of that information and when he tried to explain they hung up the phone. He called again to try and explain and was told "are you going to order?!" He kept trying to explain and the call "dropped" My husband called a third time to speak to manager and was told he was busy and then whoever was on the phone that wasn't the manager said, "oh I'm the manager" which wasn't true. He was basically then told to call another location. Long story short he called three locations, none had his Information. But this location here was by far the rudest and most unprofessional one of all. The manager needs training on customer service, and we weren't mad or anything, we didn't even expect a complimentary pizza from corporate to make up for the one that we got incorrectly, but that was nice of them.
