This store has very poor customer service!! I've never once been in this store without having to get an employees attention. The cashier sees you and turns her back like she doesn't see you. Employees are talking to each other and don't acknowledge you. I had three cashiers walk past me and not ask to take my order or if I needed anything. Stephanie, if that's her real name ( no name badge) on her uniform, is good for ignoring you. She wears glasses, always works at the front counter, so I know she can see. She'll look at you and walk away, even though she can see your lips moving and totally ignore you. Anthony (cashier) says it's a language barrier when I told him about her. Even if this is true, can't she call a co worker to take my order? She's spoken English to me before and understood me very well. It's a problem when Hispanic people get acknowledged but non-hispanics are ignored. I've noticed this on more than one occasion. All the employees are Hispanic but you're in the United States working (we speak English) and deserve the same respect that you cater to your race. Learn English and stop with the DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH or DON'T UNDERSTAND excuse. I ask for her name and Anthony can't give me her name. Why? If you have to withhold her name, it's obvious you're doing something wrong. He gets a manager (I know it's just another employee), she has no name name badge either. Both girls without name badges disappear to the back out of view. What kind of customer service is this? Anthony and his co worker are laughing in the corner. Hope you're laughing at this review. Do they hire anyone other than Hispanics at this store? I do believe service would be much better if they did. Nothing against Hispanics, but if you're going to run a business, you need to be professional and have respect for all races of people. Here are a few tips... Welcome and thank your customers each and every time. Treat others as you want to be treated. Leave your cellphones in your pocket, customers come first Stephanie. You should be grateful to even be in this country. RESPECT is priority! You are no better than any other race! Remember...
Read moreWow, who ever hires the managers at this place should be terminated. Danny (manager) is extremely overbearing and rude. I couldn't even imagine what it must be like to work for that guy. Last night was Christmas and my pregnant wife got a craving for BK. When we arrived we sat ready to order for several minutes without being greeted. We almost left cause we thought they were closed. There was only one car in front of us, but the cars started to stack behind. When we were finally addressed, there was no "Welcome to Burger King" or "Merry Christmas" or "thank you for waiting, go a head with your order".
Our order was simple: #7 L w/ Coke, #5 L w/Sprite. Then he told me $18 and some change which I thought was steep. When we got to the window, I gave him a $20 bill, and this guy starts to tell me about my #6. Since I actually have respect for others when they talk, I didn't interrupt him. When he finished I tried to correct him, and he interrupted me before I could get a word out. The he starts to aggressively explain to me more about my "#6". I waited till he finished then he walked away from the window and started shouting commands at the cook in the back. Then he came back and started flapping his gums again about grilled vs breaded, blah blah blah. FINALLY I told him, "I didn't even order a #6" he said flustered "well that's all you had to say" like I wasted his time. Then I said "I tried but you kept friggin interupting me" then he said, "here ya go boss, have a good night" passed me back my $20, shut the window in my face and walked away.
We went to a different location and completed our order there with zero issue what so ever.
That guy is a jerk, and shouldn't be a manager. He definitely shouldn't have been working on Christmas! I would have rated this a 1, but the fact the the other location served us properly helped. We will never order from that...
Read moreIf you are in a rush, there are other fast food options nearby. There is something really weird about this location. It's large, having a closed up play yard, but areas are locked off with black out window tint. On visits, I've seen people entering and leaving with a key to that section. The blackout makes it rather suspicious. As others mentioned the staff has always been friendly on each of my visits and unfortunately it seems the ownership definitely overworks them. It isn't uncommon for the person taking cash to also be the one to get drinks or prepare items (aside from overworking, that also opens potential cleanliness concerns after handling money to then prepare foods). This also leaves room for mistakes. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. Most recently I mobile ordered one of the special oreo products, received a non-oreo one. When I asked about it (because there was an up charge) I was told they don't have oreo anymore but then was told to wait a moment. I then watched her go to get the oreos. This reiterates the issue of understaffing but also highlights that the person did actually want to make things correct. Surprisingly, I haven't had any bad food from here, and things do seem fresh and hot. It isn't the busiest location, but things do take a long time even when you are the only one (again, the limited staffing). The area has a lot of challenges, so I could understand them needing to keep costs minimal. But it doesn't explain why they are oddly open 24/7 (where others have more standard hours) and the overall weird vibes the place give makes it one of our local mysteries on how they continue to get buy. It's just unfortunate the staff have to deal with the repercussions and in turn,...
